1. Services Overview
MAD Pixels provides bulk poster design, video and reel creation, social media templates, festive content packs, and other creative digital materials for businesses, startups, and advertising agencies.
Services may include:
- Static social media posts
- Reels and video content
- Insta stories & WhatsApp banners
- Branding materials (covers, brochures, cards)
- Customized creative solutions
- White-label designs for agencies
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into contracts to use our services. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
3. Orders & Payment
- All services are prepaid unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Pricing is listed on our website and may change without notice.
- Payment is accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or other supported methods.
- Bulk orders must meet the stated minimum quantities for each plan.
- No design work begins until payment is received.
4. Delivery & Revisions
- Standard turnaround: 24–72 hours depending on the service tier.
- Custom and video services may take longer, as communicated.
- All posters and creatives are shared digitally via WhatsApp, email, or drive links.
- Revisions are limited to the number stated in each plan. Extra revisions are charged separately.
- Final files are shared only after approval or on completion of all revisions.
5. Intellectual Property
- MAD Pixels retains the copyright to all designs unless explicitly transferred.
- Clients are granted commercial use rights upon full payment.
- You may not resell or redistribute designs unless under a white-label agreement.
- Editable design files (e.g., PSD/Canva) are only provided if included in your package or purchased as an add-on.
6. White-Label Services
For agencies and resellers:
- No MAD Pixels branding will appear on deliverables.
- All content is delivered in ready-to-use, client-facing formats.
- Confidentiality and non-disclosure are expected from both parties.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Once a design process begins, no refunds will be issued.
- Partial refunds are available only before any creative work has started.
- In the event of technical or service-related delays from our side, we will offer extended support or credit as appropriate.
8. Client Responsibilities
- Provide clear input (text, logo, brand guidelines, etc.) before the design process begins.
- Ensure your submitted content does not infringe on copyrights or trademarks.
- Review and approve designs promptly to avoid delays.
9. Limitations of Liability
MAD Pixels shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits.
- Delays due to third-party apps, internet disruptions, or client-side delays.
- Content misuse or misrepresentation after delivery.
10. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to change our pricing, services, or terms at any time. Any major changes will be updated on our website.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to services without notice if there is a breach of these terms, misuse of content, or fraudulent behavior.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Nashik City Only.
